Leadership Development's philosophy is one that focuses on transformational learning, recognizing that to get the company right you must first get the right people right, this comes from an inside out approach.

Many businesses spend vast amounts of money on training endeavoring to enhance the company's bottom line and certainly most times improvement is achieved, however most often this is temporary only and inevitably people go back to old behaviors.

In order to achieve sustainable change in growth and results a shift in both thinking and behavior is needed.

This requires the development of both the skills and attitudes of the total person.

When people are attaining important life goals they become highly motivated their productivity and effectiveness is consequently improved.

The Development Process

The LDNZ development process is facilitated to achieve measurable improvement in results that can be readily quantified. This requires a specific focus on the goals and needs of all those involved and a planned facilitation process over time.

The learning environment and methods used involve practical relevant tools that can be applied directly to the workplace and engage the hearts and minds of each participant.

A comprehensive feedback system is applied between management, the facilitator and the participant that measure progress on goals and expectations.
