The Purpose of this Program is to facilitate the development of team leaders, support personnel and the future managers of tomorrow in the important "soft skills" of management: to increase their effectiveness in meeting organizational objectives, developing themselves and their teams to achieve high levels of personal and professional success.
This Process is NZQA Accredited and based around 8 modules - which put together - encompass the relevant unit standards and credit totals required for the First Line Management Certificate Level 3 (Communication & Quality)
The Six Themes are Facilitated over an 8 modules period. (Note: this may be adapted in accordance with geographical/seasonal/preferred needs).
A Kick-off Meeting Commences the Process. Priorities are established and measurable objectives are set by the participants in collaboration with management. A mid-term review is conducted midway through the process in conjunction with Management, the purpose of which is to evaluate results against the objectives set and review participant's progress.
